Sun Studios is a short stop and pretty basic expereince but the individual (Graham) who gave us a tour was fantastic. He played piano and guitar and added little gems to the story that really made it special.

Great location for Beale Street, Memphis Rock n Soul Museum, Civil Rights Museum / Lorraine Hotel. Short taxi ride for Stax. Sun studios and Graceland is worth a visit, but unsure how far as we did this on a previous visit here. Also lovely to see the Peabody ducks.
Great room, very comfortable, fine location, easy access to city, airport, and Sun Studio. Staff support was exceptional. Our power went out due to a huge storm, and staff messaged me at 1 am. We asked to leave our bags before check in, also no issue. I'd go back!
The location is great..close to Beale street and the river and within walking distance of many of the attractions in Memphis

We got an Uber from the hotel to Graceland
Ideally located walking distance from Beale Street and across from the historic Peabody hotel this hotel was clean, well maintained with friendly and efficient staff.
Valet parking was quick and easy as was check in / out.
Room size was great and rooms included safety deposit box and fridge.
Its also a mile or so distance from Sun Studios and 15 mins drive from Graceland.

Eve though downtown Memphis was very quite we loved the laid back
atmosphere and the variety of interesting sites to visit including The Civil Rights Museum, Lorraine Hotel, Sun studios and Graceland.
Loved our stay in this authentic music city that has not lost its soul. 😀
Location was fantastic, literally could walk to everything. About 200 yards from Beale St, with Rock n Soul Museum, Sun Studios and Civil Rights Museum within walking distance.
The apartment is historic but with that comes age and an inability to open windows. The location is good, across the road from a restaurant serving great breakfasts & lunch, near Sun Studio and Memphis Tour company and near a trolley, that I never saw in three days!
The kitchen has a microwave coffee machine and the arrival snacks were welcome, as I didn't have a car & the nearest place to buy any was a 15min walk. The wifi was wonderful as was the hot water.
