I did not like anything about this stay. I was treated horribly harassed at 11:02am as I was trying to leave the hotel to check out received a phone call from the front desk saying check out was at 11:00 that I will be charged a late fee on top of the receptionist treating me horribly for just asking for toilet paper and fresh towels. my experience with the staff was bad from beginning to end they did not even have my room available until the next day and once I was placed in it I honestly would have rather stayed in the smaller room they made me stay in the night before that they did not want to adjust the price difference for. Once I was switched to the kitchenette room the kitchenette was dirty I did not even use it which is what I payed the extra difference of a regular room for.they had dirty towels and covers, blankets with burnt holes and ripped holes that they never came to change when I asked them too. it smelled like cigarettes and felt humid it was just a horrible experience all around on top of it being uncomfortable had to deal with disrespect and threats of extra charges on the way out.

Everything was kept clean. There was someone there every day and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The location was also perfect for transiting around the city.
