The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. Breakfast was the normal hot & cold hotel fare, and my room had a nice view of the NYC skyline. I was traveling for an event at the Prudential Center and had no trouble using Uber/Lyft to travel back and forth. There's also Newark bus service nearby.
The building and room was very nice and clean. It was just steps away from the Prudential Center where we enjoyed a concert. Our host Sherkera could not have been more accommodating, and gracious. She helped us out greatly when other arrangements fell through at the last minute. Kyle the doorman was the absolute best by being so unbelievably helpful. I can’t even begin to thank him enough. If you plan on attending an event at the Prudential center, I would highly recommend this studio apartment.
The apartment was very charming and clean, it had plenty of space for everyone!
The location was not bad, close to the prudential center and many other places although the there were several shady characters around at night which made a few people uncomfortable. The stay however was great!
Customer service was amazing! Allowed us to check-in early with no hassle, and it was def a first for us to have perfect service upfront. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was nice and just right, and the walk to and from Prudential Center from the hotel is PERFECT. Convenient spot near transit is a bonus.
It was perfect for seeing a concert at the Prudential Center! If you stay at this hotel, you literally don't need to go outside to get to the prudential center because they have a connecting bridge that you can walk through. You do have to pay for parking, like many other places in the area, but with the hotel's parking tag you can come and go without having to pay extra each time.
The location was perfect. Walking distance from the Newark Penn station and the prudential center. they had an airport shuttle that was very convenient. the hotel was very modern and nicely decorated.
