The entire place was extremely clean inside and out. The owners were present and seemed to be aware of everything that was going on, which made it feel very safe and secure. The pool was steps away from our room and the beach access was a very short walk down the street behind the hotel. It was an easy walk to restaurants, a souvenir/ t-shirt shop , Walgreens and other shops. The Pompano pier was also within reasonable walking distance as was a vibrant, lively ,artsy area which we walked to in the evening
Great location and facilities. Ground floor next to the pool. Very conveniently located between the Pompano pier and Lauderdale by the Sea Commercial Ave. Perfect for beach walks and walking to dinner and shopping. The studio was stocked with the usual items and a few extras.
Good location walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Pompano pier. Sam, the host, is an excellent proprietor - very friendly and attentive. The pool area has a barbecue, chairs, chaise loungers, and a comfortable shaded area. The rooms are well-appointed and we had a pleasant stay.
The location was great, right by the Pompano Pier and beach. Noise level at night was quiet, despite being close to restaurants. Rooms were decent, and the garage parking was secure.
