The rooms and common areas are very clean and well maintained. I loved the simple, tasteful decor which complimented the style of the hotel. There's good security with keyless entry. All the rooms open onto the pool area enclosing the property. I appreciated the in room fridge and other amenities. There are restaurants nearby on Palm Canyon if you don't want to drive into the center. Cartel Coffee makes a great cup of coffee and is a short walk away.
Listen, for a budget hotel, the place is not only decent, it's not very sketchy, and you're as close to downtown PS as you can get. I spent more $ to stay at the Motel 6 E. Palm canyon for 10 days, it was Way sketchy and no by anything. I regret I didn't stay here when I got here first.

The room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of parking, and the staff were very friendly. This location is great if you like to be a little further way from hustle and bustle of Indian Canyon and Palm Canyon Drive.
This location was less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive and there was a grocery store 1 block away. The property was quiet. Our unit had 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub), a full living room/dining room and full kitchen. It was very clean. I didn't spent too much time by the pool, but the limited time I did spend was nice. Parking wasn't an issue. Would stay here again.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay, and allowed my friends and I to check in early. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. We went on a weekday and had the pool to ourselves, and enjoyed the mountain view. The price was very reasonable, and the proximity to Palm Canyon is exceptional for dining and shopping. Definitely would stay here again or recommend to others.
Great location within the historic Palm Springs downtown area, easy walking to Palm Canyon Drive and the bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious, and still has a pink 50’s bathtub!
