We love the staff, especially the man at the tiki bar-keep. the pool is heated and refreshing after the hot tub. We can step outside of our room and into the sands of OOB. Outside our kitchenette window we see the coasters at Palace Playland. the location is outstanding, simple and clean all around. They insist that this is your home and you are not just a guest. this is our second time here and will be back many a more!

Nice pool and a large sitting area on the second floor with both covered and uncovered seating.
Supply room was always open to catch an extra clean towel.

The price was good and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Close to the beach. When you wanted quiet all you had to do was close your door. This is an older place with quirks. But worth it. Bed comfortable the restaurant at the front door was really good for food. Close to palace playland and shops. Very walkable
We ended up booking here for two main reasons — there was no minimum night stay and the location was ideal. It’s right across from Palace Playland and the beach, and Just steps to the Pier, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Also, it’s more budget friendly than other hotels in the area.
There was no breakfast offered. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were very nice and well kept. The employees were very nice (especially the man who checked us in) The location was great and the beach, shopping and palace playland was easily accessed.
Great location. Very close to the beach. Not too far from restaurants and palace playland. Friendly staff. First cleaning service I’ve had in years after Covid, that impressed me that they do daily service and don’t have to go get your towels and TP. AC very strong, worked well.
The Seabreeze Motel is, literally, steps away from the most beautiful and exciting places that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. A beautiful beach, the Pier, great restaurants, and Palace Playland are all right around the corner! The motel was clean, the large heated pool was a bonus! Last but not least, the staff were all very friendly and completely accommodating. We felt very welcome and cared for.
