Not good for children and if you don't want a heavy focus on the effects alcohol has, as expressed through some of the humor used in the tasting sessions. Good for those that like moonshine, since there is just about no flavor that you can imagine that they wouldn't have... some maybe almost like a liqueur with a bit of moonshine added, so it can be sold as moonshine. Rustic cozy atmosphere, with lots of moonshine everywhere. Strong marketing set up to, of course, sell moonshine.

Didn’t Let us know we couldn’t share nor did he give me the opportunity to decline a sample. so on the first taste, (a pickle drink-I don’t like pickles) I gave it to my brother, the bartender IMMEDIATELY began yelling at us to get out that or testing was over. Then snatched my glass from me and waved me out like a dog. How rude! I began crying and he continued to yell at me. Lost my $5 and y’all lost my business. I’m hard of hearing and I believe I was discriminated against.

Went a couple times hoping to get a tasting. 1st time they were so busy so we just waited. 2nd time no one greeted or asked us if we needed anything. Had to ask someone what the prices were because they arent listed anywhere they told us then still didn't ask if we needed anything.

    Fantastic!

Fantastic! We drive the 8 hours just to stock up on the moonshine and whiskey. There is no other brand for us anymore. If you make a purchase at all 3 stores (2 in Gatlinburg, 1 in Pigeon Forge), they give you a free T-shirt. They also have great deals. We love the buy 10, get 2 free PLUS a free rolling cooler to get them back to your car. The taste tests are $5 pp but you get a coupon to put it back towards your purchase. If you can handle it, do the taste test at each location. They all offer a few different flavors (up to 13 samples) yummmmmm! We start in Pigeon Forge at the barn for the first taste test, check into our room in Gatlinburg, hit up test #2 at the barrelhouse, grab some dinner at Crawdaddys and head to taste test #3 at the holler. Have fun y’all!
