The woman who checked me in was concerned about the amount of people in our room when it stated it was fine online. When staying and additional night I requested a different card be used. She charged the incorrect card and said oops when I told her that wasn’t the correct one. The drain in the shower was broken and constantly over filled the bathtub while showering. The shower head would not stay up. The water was brown. I normally stay at pink blossoms and love it there but this hotel was not anything like their sister property. I was extremely disappointed.

The Victorian house is incredible and so is what they have done with it by renovating it. It has such a unique feeling and atmosphere, just wonderful. The breakfast has a great variety of choices and the staff is very helpful and nice.

We were reluctant to stay at the viewpoint because it had a three star rating online. We are so glad that we took a chance because it was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The accommodations were amazing, the view is breathtaking, the salt water pool was beautiful, and the staff was incredible. Bri the manager went above and beyond to make our stay an anniversary we will always cherish. We will be going back next year and for years to come. The viewpoint is a true 5 star hotel and we loved our stay.

We liked the location because everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: The Marginal Way, The Ogunquit Playhouse, Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit, etc. Our room was spacious and clean - important factors! We enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. The front desk staff was exceptional.
Location was convenient for our reason for staying in Ogunquit, to see a show at the Ogunquit Playhouse. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
our rental was more than I expected. It was a great value. Columbus Day weekend especially but we only had a quick trip up to visit the ogunquit playhouse. this accommodations were literally two minutes from the Playhouse. Afterwards we came back to our apt with friends and had wine and snacks in a beautiful living room .

Our suite was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The proprietors were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for walking to dinner at Jonathan’s and then to the Ogunquit Playhouse.
Great location. We were within walking distance of the Ogunquit Playhouse, multiple restaurants and Marginal Way Walk. The pool and the Roman Spa were lovely. There is a large full sized gym in the basement of the hotel.

We went to the Cher show at the Ogunquit Playhouse. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful when i misplaced my show tickets. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We had a great time and we will come back and stay here again.

Incredible location-the Ogunquit Playhouse and Jonathan's of Ogunquit is very close, which is what we wanted. Short walk to downtown and Marginal Way. Very friendly staff, clean & large room, nice balcony, comfortable bed, easy parking, felt very safe. Spa was amazing.
My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area was attractive and our group enjoyed sitting around the pool chatting and relaxing. The hotel location was nice too - not too far from downtown Ogunquit and the Ogunquit Playhouse.
