The woman who checked me in was concerned about the amount of people in our room when it stated it was fine online. When staying and additional night I requested a different card be used. She charged the incorrect card and said oops when I told her that wasn’t the correct one. The drain in the shower was broken and constantly over filled the bathtub while showering. The shower head would not stay up. The water was brown. I normally stay at pink blossoms and love it there but this hotel was not anything like their sister property. I was extremely disappointed.

Everything about the hotel was so cute! From the welcome drinks, to the morning breakfast left at your door, and the poolside towels and refreshments! They think of everything.

We were reluctant to stay at the viewpoint because it had a three star rating online. We are so glad that we took a chance because it was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The accommodations were amazing, the view is breathtaking, the salt water pool was beautiful, and the staff was incredible. Bri the manager went above and beyond to make our stay an anniversary we will always cherish. We will be going back next year and for years to come. The viewpoint is a true 5 star hotel and we loved our stay.

Spectacular at low tide where you can walk the beach for...
Spectacular at low tide where you can walk the beach for quite a while. The water is quite cold even in summer but the pools left behind with the low tide warm up nicely and are fun for little ones to enjoy. The sand is soft and clean. The water is clear if you wish to swim. Plenty of facilities as well.

Location was close and easy walk to Marginal Way and Ogunquit Beach. Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the variety at breakfast and ate on the porch. The porch and lobby had many places to sit, relax, and people watch.
I like the fact that was close location to the Ogunquit Beach Area, the shops around, everything was easy and closed to the Hotel

The breakfast on the porch with the view of the river and ocean beyond was incredible. Breakfast food was a nice variety and beautifully presented. Location is really the best bc of the proximity to the shops, restaurants and Ogunquit Beach. Our room was in the Court motel section off Beach St. Convenient to load and unload your car. We were on the first floor. Very quiet even though we were by the ice machine. The pool is smaller than it looks, but very inviting. I would definitely stay here again.
My boyfirend and I loved the location, across the street from Marginal Way, a quick walk to Ogunquit Beach, and right next to all the shops and restaurants. The 2 front desk agents were very friendly during check in and check out. We enjoyed the mini kitchenette, we were able to have coffee in the morning and use some silverware on leftovers. Also the shampoo, contditioner, and lotion were nice quality in the room. Bed was also comfortable.
The Inn is located in walking distance to the main area of Ogunquit. A back street leads you directly to Ogunquit Beach.
The breakfast (fresh muffins) was a nice touch. The grounds are absolutely lovely - and getting in and out of our room was tremendous. We will stay here again.
Very friendly, quiet, clean and comfortable, very at home here. Nice little seating spots on the front porch and second floor balcony. Pool and hot tub. Games and books available, very family friendly. Close to restaurants and Perkins cove. A little but if a walk to Ogunquit beach, but a nice walk, maybe a mile.
We booked on spur of the moment and luckily ended up with a great room Fourth of July week. The fireworks on Ogunquit beach were the best we’ve ever seen. Cute hotel nice pool tennis area, comfortable nice size, big fridge the appliances are a little out dated but nothing too bad. We had the view of marsh/river area and it was beautiful.
If you take ocean ave which is about 100ft, across the street heading toward ogunquit center you can go to a beautiful part of ogunquit beach. Parking is very reasonable for an all day stay and you dont have to struggle to find a spot down at the main part of the beach.
Theres also a cool food truck park every evening on the main road 10 min away if you take a left out of the hotel parking lot.
