It was a hopeless faulty towers experience where staff were both incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to assist, didn’t know what they were doing etc. I really would not recommend this accomodation as value for money. You expect at this price range a luxury experience and it was anything but.

I liked the location of the resort. The Concierge and fronts desk staff were nice. The cat refuge was great. The store was a good place for the little things and coffee.

The location of this hotel is really convient and it has a shuttle to the nearest shopping malls.
Maow Maow the grey tabby is so cute and so love by all the guests. If you staying please treat the little dude with some cat food.
Everything handy- restaurants, groceries, coffee place. We liked the beaches nearby and we love Lahaina Front Street which is a short drive. Quiet at night and safe. A bit dark to walk around at night but that is Hawaii.
