I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the bicycles the most. The Continental breakfast was delicious. They offered plenty of snacks throughout the day. The location is perfect.

The continental breakfast was great, the orange juice was fresh and the coffee was robust and fresh.
The location was perfect, the hotel is right at the center of everything: the balboa pier, the sand is about 75 feet south of the hotel, the marina is also about 75 feet just north the hotel. You can Walk on the strains on either the north or the south. And running or biking can be enjoyed on the south strain between a beautiful Oceanview and lovely beach houses. Wow! What a wonderful place to visit or live.
Great location to Balboa Pier and short walk to beach. Includes a parking spot which is important if you have a car. Roomy and comfortable with a great kitchen. Very clean and seemed like a well maintained property. Host was responsive to our texts.
The location to Balboa pier, beach and boats was great. Breakfast was very peaceful and delicious. Courtyard was beautiful. Front desk lady was extremely nice, pleasant and helpful.
