The breakfast but not varied; it might be an idea just to add/replace one or two items per day. I stayed in this Hotel about 5 years ago and the variety was far more plentiful. The breakfast area was kept meticulously clean by the staff who were incredibly attentive and pleasant. The signage for the breakfast area could have been a bit brighter rather than black as it did not look at all inviting although the wording was spot on. The fresh melon every morning was absolutely lovely and I had fruit every morning; the coffee was beautiful and fresh; the plan bagels were lovely; a good variety of cereals was also available.
The location is excellent and near to a number of shopping malls, restaurants and other shopping outlets.
The staff were incredible.
The free wifi was a fantastic bonus especially in these times when so many establishments try to cash in on this.
The television in the room was brilliant; the choice of channels; the fact that it was SMART and I could link it to my android phone.
The facilities in the room were amazing; coffee machine with all the pods you could wish for; iron and ironing board and a safe.
The air conditioning was great and really effective.
When booking I asked for a ground floor room which was given and it was perfect for myself and my mother, no complaints at all.
What really impressed me was that this Hotel strives for excellence and in doing so means that they take the service and accommodation seriously and customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority.
I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. I changed my choice of hotel at the last minute and I am soooo glad that I did!!! This Hotel has it all for a great break/holiday.
First class hotel in a great location. Excellent room and great facilities. Also close to the Long Island Railroad if you wanted to into NYC. Very close to shopping in Garden City. Couldn't have been better.

The location was great.
The location was great. It was a midpoint between the city and eastern Long Island. My problem was the hotel had issues with the hot water heater or the thermostat. I missed an appointment because I couldn’t get a shower because there was no hot water. This is unacceptable for a large corporation like this and because of the cost of rooms per night. This should never happen.

Although the hotel is brand new and clean, the team is not the most organized. They can do better with their payment processes and how they communicate them to customers, especially if purchased through 3rd party companies like booking.com.
I've stayed at this location twice and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location and cleanliness. But unfortunately, due to lack of organization and poor communication skills, I am choosing to no longer return to this hotel when I am in New York.

Must have had trouble with the climate control. Great breakfast. Great hospitality by staff. Changed our room when we were unsatisfied.
This is a great hotel, it has the feel of an old family run inn and it’s really down to the staff who go above and beyond in a very authentic way. great free breakfast, good size pool, comfortable beds, it’s quiet, there is coffee and water available all day, there is a little snack shop, there is a laundry — it had everything you need and is in a great area
Location was great with stores right across from hotel. Breakfast was great. Never been to a hotel where old fashioned rolled oatmeal was already cooked and hot. Delicious. Not instant packaged that you add hot water. Same with the pancakes- freshly made and hot.
