Sunday Apart Hotel has a superb location in the very heart of the city. Metro station is in 3 min walk, major landmarks in a close proximity, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and communication with the management was very efficient.
My room is basic, though big and bright. There was a desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room had a mini fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave, and some cutlery/crockery. You can't really cook there, but definitely can warm-up some food and have tea/coffee.
Cleaning was done really well, too.
There is an opportunity to do your laundry (for extra charge).
It's not a luxury place, but overall, it's an excellent choice to stay in the heart of Kyiv on a budget that wouldn't break your wallet.

Great location - near Teatralna metro station, Kreshchatyk Street, Taras Shevchenko Park. Nice, comfortable interior. Good kitchen and appliances, including washing machine and drying rack. Nice spacious bedroom. Wifi worked fine. Adequate hot water supply for solo person. Good queen-sized bed with extra bedding and pillows. Owner (Alex) response time to calls and messages was excellent. Owner did offer to have towels and linen cleaned. Owner had toilet seat fixed when requested.
Everything was safe and secure, and the location ideal - the beautiful Shevchenko park is next to Ibys, the city center is a walking distance, and the hotel is on the main transportation arteria.
