The hotel is located at the city center and the same time in a very calm area, what is very important nowadays in Kyiv. There is a generator so in case of blackout you are not lost)) it is easy to access the most important sightseeings, as well public transport. The hotel is super clean and has a modern and authentic design of rooms. Beds are new and very comfortable, fantastic daily cleaning, tea/ coffee facilities and each day the big bottle of water are great plus. The personal is super polite and flexible doing their best to support, definitely one of the best hotels in Kyiv!!

A really good option in one of the best parts of Kyiv city centre. Clean and well equipped. Super comfy beds. Well maintained, easily reachable bomb shelter, which is always a big plus.
Finally, room service works 24/7 and serves some proper food! Unlike in most places in the EU, in this hotel you'll not stay hungry after 23:00 no matter what. I think it's truly amazing :)

The location is super! Just 10 mins walk from Golden Gate. Even if is located in the center, the room was isolated from the noise of the street. I recommend it to everyone for those who want to go to Kyiv and stay in a central location. Clean and efficient hotel. Really nice room with a comfy big bed, nice linen, and really nice shower room. Great location in Golden Gate area and a short walk to nice cafes. There is an underground shelter inside the hotel with a separate wifi connection and bottled water when needed during air alerts.
Location is great, it's easy to get around the Golden Gates area and to get to any part of the city. The Golden Gates metro station is available as an air raid shelter and is very close to the apartment. I enjoyed the terrace on the warm days, which is facing the neat, quiet and green inner block area. It was very warm and sunny in the apartment
The location of the hotel is excellent, it is close to Golden Gate and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and the quality of furniture and fittings is of a very high standard. The staff are all great, helpful, courteous, and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Anyone wishing to visit Kyiv and seeking a lovely boutique hotel would be well advised to stay at the Queen Bee, I enjoyed my stay here and I will be returning in future.
I've stayed at the Golden Gate Inn several times, and always found it to be a very comfortable hotel. Its location in the central Golden gate area is very convenient. That the hotel maintains those standards in the circumstances of war is remarkable. I was warm and comfortable throughout my stay.
