Good location, interesting design and architecture
Amazing location - directly at Rynok square.
The apartment is light, clean and spacious and has all the things you would need for a comfortable stay including hairdryer, iron, even disposable toothbrushes with a tiny toothpaste.
Communication with the host was pleasant, the host always answered very fast.
All in all, we are very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the new part of the building and the room was very modern and comfortable. The location is great, it’s close to the Rynok Square but it’s not as busy and hectic. The view was very nice as well. Love this part of the city. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Clean and cozy 2 room apartment with a 2 burner stove. Comfortable bed, quiet neighbors. The location right in Rynok Square makes for some noise from people out having a good time but there's also live music and I loved being surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and cultural attractions.
This is my second visit to the OTS hotel. This hotel is good with a modern design and the best location on the Rynok Square. My suite was new. I've been as the first guest in the room on the 3rd floor and had some issue that I described below. I like this hotel and I believe they fix their issues including a bathrobe absence ;).
Generally, I recommend you to visit this place and enjoy resting in Lviv.
This is a superb hotel and restaurant in every respect. Beautifully renovated building, professional and competent staff, great breakfast in lovely basement cafe, rooms are comfortable, clean, and high quality. Restaurant is top notch. Lots of imagination and care clearly goes into this place from everyone involved. Location directly on Rynok Square is of course incredible. Stayed twice during travels in the region and will definitely stay again.
The apartment is in a great area, 5 minutes walk to Rynok Square. Apartment is very clean, it is recently renovated, and has everything you need. The communication with management was good, Oleksangra was available any time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend this place💕
Amazing new hotel part of the Best Western Brand. Everything was top notch, the Boims Restaurant was one of the best gastronomical experiences of my life and is a must visit! The hotel has a bomb shelter on site and is located directly on the central Rynok Square.
It s more looks like hotel room than apartments. You'll obtain big bed, your personal shower, microwave and kettle (but without fridge) really close to Rynok square (3 min walking).
