If you arrive before 10 am , you might find the mall closed...
If you arrive before 10 am , you might find the mall closed so I just walked down to the basement entrance where the food court entrance is open then went up to the 2 floor via lift follow signs to ticket office so I was able to be one of the first people to get tickets.. totally awesome views even on a wet dull day.

The view was nice but the nearby Elephant Mountain (Xiangshan) was a way better experience and much nicer view. If you are in the Taipei 101, take the effort and climb the mountain. You wont' regret it. Or if you don't have enough time to do both, I'd recommend the Mountain!

Location is excellent, close to the Taipei Metro and also to Taipei 101. I suppose the room was comfortable although a bit dated. Could definitely do with a renovation considering the location of the hotel.
The hotel has a great location - in a central and pleasant neighbourhood and conveniently located close to, at least, 2 Metro stations (less than 5mins walk). It is 3 Metro stops away from Taipei Main Station and Taipei 101. The staff was polite and the room modern, well kept and very clean.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Taipei, close to major attractions and public transportation. This made it easy to explore the city and visit popular sites like Taipei 101, the National Palace Museum, and various night markets.The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high-quality toiletries.

My room was on the 8th floor and facing the main road but it wasn’t noisy and I had a view of Taipei 101.

The hotel was new and the location was close to the subway and big shopping centres. The room was big, clean, new, and the view of Taipei 101 was a big plus! Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful.
It's the second time we stayed at Sky19Hotel and this time our room was much better this time and no water leaks. You can see Taipei 101 as well. We had time to enjoy the lounge and the laundry is free (even provide laundry soap 👍). Very convenient location.
The hotel is luxurious, spacious and well appointed with quality finishings and furniture. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They truely focus on the guest experience. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of Taipei 101. The Housekeeping team were very good and the room was exceptionally clean. The pool is fabulous on the rooftop and is perfect to cool down, lay out and relax. The view is stunning.

Location was very good. It was accessible by foot to Taipei 101 and shopping malls.
Room was good in size and bed was very comfortable.
Hotel staff were hospitable especially the concierge.
