Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The hotel lobby has free snacks and some drinks available in the afternoon till night for the guests. L1 has 7-11 vending machine, simple gym facilities and washing machine. Staffs are polite and nice. And i was able to check in slightly abt an hr earlier to rest as i had an overnight flight and has spent whole morning travelling to chiayi

Hotel has a nice courtyard with some attempts at Japanese Zen garden but the raking of the pebbles was not maintained well. The reception area is nice, so as the hallway leading to the lift lobby. We like the availability of coin operated washing machines and dryers.

Very nice hotel near the train station in Chiyai. We have troubles sleeping under one blanket on a double bed, but it was not a problem here as the bed was really big and there were also two blankets.
The breakfast was nice, mainly taiwanese food. They also let us keep our luggage at the hotel for three days while we went to Alishan.

Staff were helpful in receiving of a parcel which I had left behind in my previous hotel. The location was just a short walk from Chiayi Station (not the HSR station) with lots of food options nearby.
Excellent hotel that is located right next to Chiayi station. Made it convenient to catch TRA and Alishan buses. Hotel is exceptionally clean and modern and staff are extremely helpful even with language barriers. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chiayi.
Very convenient if you're taking the train from Chiayi Station (not HSR). Great food options nearby, hotel really clean and rooms very big. It's an old facility but the interior is very well maintained. Loved that they provided bikes to loan for free!
1)The location is very good. It's just diagonally opposite the TRA Chiayi Station and walking distance from the Wenhua Night Market.
2) I was pleasantly surprised as I was upgraded to a bigger room with lots of space.

4) The hotel provided good quality complimentary Chinese tea bags and even cotton buds.
The location is very central, 900m from the Chiayi station where we arrived and were supposed to take the bus to Alishan the next morning. Just one night in Chiayi and the hotel offered more than what I expected. Everything was perfect. Good breakfast with good coffee. Just one stop before we head to Alishan, but it was the most spacious room in my whole Taiwan trip with reasonable price.
Just 5 minutes walk to Chiayi Station. Old hotel but it’t pretty clean. Very friendly staff and very hot water for a comfortable shower. Good price. If you do not see a dryer in your room, you can ask the reception to provide it.
Nearby the Chiayi Station. The hotel was kind to allow us to leave our luggage overnight after checking out thus we don't have to carry out luggage to Alishan. Hotel staff was nice and assisted in booking a cab on our behalf.
Hotel was also 20 to 30mins walk away from the main attraction places. Convenient to explore the Chiayi town on foot!
