Phenomenal service by every employee we encountered. Everyone was pleasant, attentive to detail, and careful. We had a great room service experience- especially with the full Thai breakfast which was ample, delicious, and interesting for us to try. The pool was stunning and big enough for a real workout. The location is convenient to many things. We were able to easily walk to eateries and coffee shops, and also had access to a few bakeries right attached to the hotel. About a five minute walk using an elevated walkway brings you to a massive, high-end mall and a few minutes beyond that is a huge food hall. Worth a look or a snack, even if you have no interest in shopping!
