Beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms, staff very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, the best we have had at a hotel. Gym is well equipped and a good size compared to most hotels. Will definitely book again when were back in Bangkok.

Strategic location. Opposite Platinum Mall. I’m able to see Platinum Mall and Central World from my room. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is indeed value for money. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. There is bidet in the toilet which is a plus point for Muslims. There are halal spread for breakfast too. Really appreciate it.

And is a walking distance to the central world and the rest of the big shopping mall. Even big C within walking distance.
Hotel is located right next to Siam Paragon and you can walk to MBK and Central World easily. Siam BTS is also literally at the doorstep.
The Executive Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The canapés served at the lounge in the evening was really really good - very tasty and leaves you wanting for more, and the menu is different every day.
Staff from the lounge to reception were all very friendly and helpful and they make you feel very welcome.
Location is superb, within walking distance to Big C, Central World, Platinum, Siam Paragon and BTS. Hotel is old but is well kept and clean. Staff are also helpful and friendly! Reception was very nice to let us have check-out till 1.30pm and then leave my luggage at the hotel until I am ready to go airport in the evening. Thank you!
Amazing hotel. Very modern, great staff, great rooms. There are no complaints about this hotel at all. It's in a good part of the city and it's very well kept. There's even a good smell in the hotel.
Our hotel room even had a washing machine so we could wash our clothes after a long trip.
Central World is only a short walk away and the BTS station.
This hotel is one of those 5-star hotels that actually feels like a 5-star hotel. A tad pricier but amazing value for money.
