Great location near many many restaurants and close to the subway station (MRT). You may want to note that it is a little hard to find because it is down some very small, perfectly safe, side roads-(alleys). Also note that it is next door to the Rose Hotel which is a different place.
The hotel itself was very comfortable and has a great lounging area by a very chilly but pretty pool. It was extremely quiet considering you are so close to some very busy areas.
Breakfast was delicious with a choice of entrees and a small buffet.
The staff was very nice and it was good for us that some English was spoken.

The room and view was wonderful! Had a nice time at the pool but what was the best was the staff!! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - including reservations at Vertigo for my 50th birthday!
