1. Resort style hotel. This hotel has a great swimming pool with steam, sauna and a fitness center to match (overlooking the swimming pool). The hotel really try to take away the impression you are staying in an "Airport Hotel" but a Resort.
2. Typical Thai hospitality - Polite and Helpful. All the staff in the hotel are extremely polite and helpful regardless of what role they play.
3. Airport Transfer to and from the Airport. Just be aware you need to get out of Arrival Hall Gate 4 and wait for the driver. You can also organise for tranfer to Airport 24/7 - i did mine at 3am.
