We were family of 11 staying for 4 nights. The house is huge. 5 rooms all the way going up. spacious rooms with individual bathrooms which makes the house more convenient. please be aware that there will be a lot of climbing if you choose the upper floor rooms. the billiard room is perfect to hang out with family members.
if you are looking for a place near a public transport, this is not ideal as it is rather far to walk to the mrt station with the heat. but if you have a car or going around by grab, its always easy. the neighbourhood is quiet, tucked away from the busy streets but if you walk around the neighbourhood, 7E and cafes are easily sighted.

Great value for money. Right next to Ekkamai bus station, so if you have an early morning bus to catch this is absolutely the best location to stay.

Although the whole hotel is quite old but overall is very clean and all staff are very efficient and friendly. Such a convenient location if ypu need to catch a flight from.Suvannaphume airport or connect to BTS at Payathai to Siam or other deatinations. The sky walk connect the airport rail link and the hotel is confused when you arrive the first time, so paybattention which floor you are going to. Also you can find 7/11 on the ground floor of the station. I only stay their for 3 days but start feeling very comfortable and so definitely will stay here again for my next Bangkok trip.

A litlle bit worn out hotel, but with the most perfect location to explore Bangkok.Views from our room were amazing. Breakfast was rich and good, Beds were comfortable, check inn and out very fast. Employees were super nice and helpful.
7/11 shop “under” the hotel is opened 24h, which is great!
Just behind the hotel are 2 stops for boat taxi, which i recommend to use as much as possible due to traffic jams and also to see Bangkok from diferrent perspective.
