Yangyai Garden Lodge is an absolute ripper of a spot in Koh Phangan! The rooms are top-notch – clean, comfy, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a beaut place to kick back and relax. It’s a proper oasis, just far enough from the party chaos but close enough if you’re keen for a night out.
Ping, the host, is a bloody legend. He’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after, whether it’s sorting your transport or sharing local tips. If you’re after a chilled, welcoming vibe with awesome hospitality, this is the place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough!
Also the host has travelled a lot and has excellent English, meaning he can and will happily explain complex details and interesting facets of thai culture. All of his recommendations were excellent.

Fabulous bungalows practically on the beach. The owner and all of the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site which had delicious food (especially loved the chocolate fondant!) Our bungalow was only a few seconds walk from the beach, the water is not suitable for swimming (due to being so shallow) but we knew that before we booked so were not disappointed. Choice of Hammocks or loungers to relax on. The accommodation was lovely, stylishly put together with a really comfy bed. Great little seating area outside our door. In terms of location, we were a 10 or so minute walk from Thong Sala, where there were many restaurants, bars and places to buy souvenirs. Would highly recommend this place!

Very welcoming and helpful when it comes to renting a scooter, offering great suggestions for day trips around the island. Service was great and we had anything we could’ve asked for during our stay. 🏝️
When we visited the hotel it was still in soft opening mode, but we were not disturbed once by noise or workers. We had an amazing stay with breathtaking views and the drinks at the bar were to die for!
Fresh coconuts will boost your energy after a sunbath. The free to use pool table was a very nice add-on as well!
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Phangan!

I’m very disappointed how booking.com could have Koh phagan beach cottages advertised on their website so to disappoint their customers and being misled about this place. You couldn’t even cancelled your booking because it wouldn’t refund you absolutely nothing. What a disgrace shame on you booking.com!!!!

These traditional style beach bungalows are typically rustic and remind me of my accommodations on Koh Sumui twenty years ago. If you want that experience then Sea Love is perfect...Visually it ticks the boxes for cool photos of your holiday on a beautiful Thai island. It's definitely the nicest looking little resort on Baan Tai Beach. We had an OK stay there and I shot some cool photos up and down the beach...
