It was an amazing experience for us. The location is perfect, right on the ski slopes and the staff were exceptionally nice with the guests. Food was also really good, bufet for breakfast and dinner if you opt for half-board. Highly recommend for those who seek a cozy hotel.

The staff exceeded all our expectations, they were always there if we needed any help and were very kind and wonderful. The dinner and the breakfast were exceptional, it was delightful and delicious. Our room was beautiful with the sights of the Tatras. The place itself is something magical, we were above the clouds it's really worth the price.
