I really liked the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating. The room was large and clean and came with a balcony (we received a free upgrade on arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise). The room service was also on point. Overall, I would definitely visit again, next time during the winter months.
The hotel is really well-placed if you are interested in hiking in the summer or skiing/snowboarding in the winter.
