We had a awesome stay at Belle Epoque in Constanta. The hotel is exceptional, our room (Madame de Pompadour) is beautifully decorated. The attention to detail can be seen everywhere. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. It is very generous with lots of different goodies. The service is extraordinary, every wish is fulfilled. You can always start the day well on the roof terrace with a great view. We would come back here again at any time, we can recommend a visit to everyone. In Belle Epoque you gonna be able to live the extraordinary!

Staff very polite and attentive. The room had enough space, even for relaxing time, including a couch and a table. Furniture and decorations are nice and fit for a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness is impeccable. Location is great, close to the Old Town and also close to the beaches.

Check in was very easy, the room definitely had a wow factor with the vaulted ceiling, the room was very clean and well stocked with water, coffee and toiletries, also a nice touch was the cold Lambrusco bottle waiting for us.

Central location very close to the sea and the old city center. Property is located at the 3rd floor, in practice it's closer to 3.5 due to a mezzanine. There is a small church nearby, as well as a Shop&Go store (rather high prices but it accepts empty bottles recycling). Ovidiu square market and Constanta Casino are within 50-100 meters. The Casino location is serviced by public transport (bus).
Excelent location, 10 walking distance to Old Town (Ovidiu Square), 5 min to Modern Beach and 10 min to Tomis Port.
Appartment is large size (3 rooms and a kitchen) and very comfortable. They have 3 nice large size TV's (55") and internet is working well (speed 180-200 mb), except in bedroom where is less.
In the area there are 2 supermarkets and plenty of all kinds of restaurants.
This hotel is located in a quiet side street an easy walk away from Ovidiu square where there are many cafes and restaurants. It’s close to the Art Museum. It’s also an easy walk to the fish restaurants down on the harbour side. Our room was spacious with good storage, a comfortable bed and seating. Breakfast offered various freshly-cooked hot options as well as fruit/pastries etc but the sliced white bread (Mother’s Pride, for the British reader, is dire.) Coffee freshly made to order, always better than a push- button machine.
the apartments are new, everything is clean, nice amenities, very nice view of the port, good location, right in the center next to ovidiu square. we traveled with a baby and we had a very pleasant stay.

The property is located in the very heart of the town (50 m from Ovidiu Square). The lady in charge was extremely helpful and friendly. Very stylish decorated. As a bonus, from the 2nd floor you have a bit of sea view.

The location is awesome. You have within walking distance the port of Constanta (10 minutes), the old town (you're basically in the middle of it, Ovidiu Square is 4 minutes away) and the beach (15 minutes to the Neversea Beach).
Location is in the Ovidiu square, overlooking the sea. ❤️ It was very nice late in the evening to open the windows and hear the vibe of the city.
