Everything was wrong, it's a shame that this happens to a Marriott-level hotel. I arrived at a hotel after a 10 hour flight, when I arrived I was shocked to be told that they had no rooms because they had a guest who wanted to extend for another day and took our room, I waited 3 hours in the lobby until they arranged a room for me but in the end they told me they were sorry there were no rooms and sent me to another hotel in Ramah, I decided to stay at the Radisson Hotel, which cost me half the price of the Marriott, and the truth is that the quality, location, and treatment I received at the Radisson is 10 times better. I'm sorry to say that I will never return to the Marriott Hotel, an unpleasant experience
