The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools so it's just a 5 minute walk to and from. I did like the bathtub to soak in after a long day. The breakfast had a nice spread so no complaints there. Swimming pool was closed for renovations.
