The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful. They offered us a superior room in exchange for giving our room to those in need. Waiters at the bar during breakfast worked at top speed. The room staff cleaned the room perfectly and promptly. Rooms were soundproofed, bed very comfortable. Great sweet treat on arrival.

The room was really spacious. The breakfast was amazing - really high quality and you could eat as much as you wanted. Loved the little extras in the room - chocolate, port, peppermint tea and soap. The jacuzzi was superb and a lovely way to end a perfect day. Staff really friendly abd helpful and spoke very good English. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The cleanliness and general standard of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly and obliging. While it is located a little away from the historic centre of Porto it is a few minutes walk from the Marquês Metro Station. This station is on the yellow line and allows you to cross the city very efficiently.
Newly remodelled, very clean and well maintained, kitchen well equipped including Nespresso machine. Great communication with the management, responding within minutes and very service minded. Convenient location close to the Marquês metro station. If coming from Campanhã, the bus will leave you at the door step. Lots of stores within a short walking distance, including a supermarket. Amazing espresso from the little coffee shop on the corner!
The location of this hotel is perfect. A cute little park just opposite which also houses Marquês metro station makes travel into the centre of Porto very simple.
The staff are wonderful and made the check-in and stay good.
The breakfast is nice with plenty of options.
The garden area is very nice and I can imagine making more use of this area and the pool during the summer months.
The inside of the main hotel is very grand and really made it feel like a step back in time to historic Porto.

Receptionists all spoke excellent English and very helpful. 5 minute walk from Marques metro station. Cheap cab fare to both main railway stations. 20 min downhill walk to historic centre.
