I stayed only for one night, and even that was until early in the morning, as I had a flight early in the morning. However, the staff was great (and helpful when I couldn't find an Uber to the airport). The area around the hotel felt very safe after dark, with many restaurants and Lisbon Casino 3 minutes away.
The bar was a great place to sit and the room was spacious.
The hotel is 4 minutes of walk from Lisbon Oriente, which I think is the main train station of Lisbon, so convenient also for that matter.
