The staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to treat my husband (who celebrated his birthday during our stay) as royalty. We didn’t even ask for that, they just did it! Never ever happened before, so I’m truly amazed. The view of the river is also stunning. Make sure to book a room on the higher floors, otherwise you might miss it. And the SPA team was wonderful too. We had a great stay and will be back.
