definitely worth a visit when in Poznan. The little train ride is cute and pretty and a walk along the lakeside is very pleasant. The rowing centre had a competition on when I was there which made for a fun hour or so viewing. The water park, however, was so busy (mid-august) that the queue was 2 hours long, so I didn't bother.

Location is quite nice especially if u want to live Near Lake Malta, very nice for Rowing Events f.e.; kitchen is ok, big fridge, at least u got roller blinders
Location was ideal for us. We wanted to be close to Lake Malta and the hotel is maybe 500m away. Our rooms (we stayed in an apartment with a balcony) were clean and comfortable. The fridge in the sitting room was a definite bonus. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We only ate dinner once but the menu contained plenty of choice and service was good.
