We were completely delighted with the hotel: - It is located in a very picturesque place. The views from the balcony were incredible; - Nearby is great infrastructure: coffee houses, restaurants, grocery shops, souvenir shops, bus stop; - There is secure parking on the territory of the hotel; - Very spacious and clean rooms (standard). The rooms are equipped with everything you need, also in the room there are bathrobes and slippers for the spa; - Delicious breakfast (especially I fell in love with the Karpatka dessert), large selection of dishes, beautiful restaurant, pleasant service; - I also want to highlight the spa complex in the hotel, we spent 2 days there. And there is everything you need: a relaxation room, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, baths and saunas (18+), because we were without children, it was nice to be in this quiet and peaceful space. - Staff work. I would like to say a huge thanks to the guy on the reception. Quickly and in a positive way he solved our problem witj the booking* *When I was making a reservation through booking.com app (I booked 2 rooms, one for myself with my husband, the second one for my sister and her husband), it was indicated that the capacity of each room is 2 people and breakfast is included. Also, there was no option to add guests during the booking process. Only once optionally (!!!) I was proposed to add the name of the guest for the second room. That's all. The guy explained to us that all guests must be included, so they can have the breakfast, but not only the persons mentioned on reservetion. We were lucky and thanks to him for understanding. But be careful and attentive when you are booking!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to help with any request, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on, enhancing my overall experience in Zakopane. The on-site restaurant is a culinary gem, offering a delectable selection of both local and international dishes. Each meal was a feast for the senses, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with artistic flair. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a daily treat, with a wide array of options to satisfy every palate. The hotel's amenities are top-notch, from the relaxing spa and wellness center to the well-equipped fitness room. I especially enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and hot tub after a day of hiking in the mountains. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's facilities is truly commendable. Location-wise, Gold Hotel is perfect. It's just a short walk from the bustling Krupówki Street, where you can find a variety of shops, cafes, and entertainment options. Yet, it remains a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds.

I enjoy staying at hotel Harnaś. Great location. Comfortable room with beautiful view. Breakfast is the best. I recommend.
