Everything was perfect, the staff were extremely friendly and every request we had from room service was adhered to and completed quickly (including the delivery of 10 plates spoons and forks!) as well as extra pillows, this hotel is outstanding. We booked a suite and two extra rooms for family staying as well and the views were amazing. Next time we’ll book a longer stay. Breakfast even had live music. It was all around Wonderful!!! The room is clean and cozy. The bedroom had the perfect view of the Taal Volcano. We enjoyed their mini karaoke. Complete cooking utensils and cookware. The bed is comfy and clean. We will definitely come back again.

Check-in was smooth. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and clean. Kitchen is complete and everything you need is inside the unit. Bedroom is huge, has a big cabinet, and bed is probably queen size plus has a pull out bed. Bathroom is also huge with modern furnitures.
Not to mention, there’s also a balcony where you can sit and relax with a refreshing view overlooking Taal Volcano.
The location was great near all the stores and restaurants. The rooftop for viewing was very nice. You can see the tagaytay city and taal volcano. That was awesome visit. My family has a great time. Definitely we will be back.
The view from the room was beautiful, we could see the lake and the Taal volcano from the room. The dining hall was gorgeous. The hotel lobby was very pretty, I loved the open wall design so we could get a ton of natural light. I greatly appreciated the Hotel Manager and Owner's flexibility in letting me turn my 4 night stay for 2 in 1 room, to a 2 night stay for 4 in 2 rooms, it was super helpful.
Our accomodation was quite lovely! It was cozy while the veranda offered a serene view of the surrounding area as well as a magnificent view of the famed Taal Lake and Taal Volcano, tying up the wonderful ambiance we experienced in Tagaytay.
Beautiful 360° views from roof deck of the hotel. You can see Taal Volcano and Manila at the other side. It can be windy up there, but it is completely worth it visiting.
Nice swimming pool downstairs, but one has to register first and plan the schedule.
Very sweet and comfortable room with small kitchen en fridge too. Big TV for the kids is a nice extra.
