The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfy. The staff is warm, accommodating and very polite.
The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of both Filipino favourites and international selection. The waiting staff are very friendly and always ready to serve you coffee.
There's a free shuttle to go to the mall so it's very convenient. If you wanted to go for a tour there's a tour operator just inside the hotel who can assist you.

Hotel Elizabeth was also a great hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful and also within a short walk to Ayala mall. If traveling in January make sure to see the large street parade or fiesta.
