Very confusing in the busy AM hours.
Very confusing in the busy AM hours. The line for the 7am entry starts queuing at 6. Make sure you are in the correct line as there are several. bus price is NOT included in ticket price as it quite expensive but if you want one, your best bet is to purchase it the evening before your ascent. If you are a bCkpacker looking to save money, there is a hike up but it is steep and requires some road walking (watch for maniac bus drivers!) best bet is to ride up and walk down in the late afternoon.

The hotel is well located, just a quick walk to the train station and bus stop to Machu Picchu. The hotel provides an early breakfast so that you can eat before a morning trip to Machu Picchu. My husband and I were both able to take hot showers, which was really appreciated after a day of hiking.
Great value for money if you're planning on staying one night in the city, before your visit to the Machu Picchu site. Location is great, the bus stop is only 3 min away. The hotel offers breakfast starting with 05.00 which is great if you have tickets early in the morning.
A nice hotel room, in the best location in Aguas Calientes, only 5 mins from the bus stop to Machu Picchu. The staff in Both the restaurant and hotel is absolutely great! also, a note for the restaurant that prepares excellent food!
The hotel is good and comfy, staff is overall helpful. The breakfast was really good with good options for cold and warm food.
Aguas Calientes is pretty small, so it's hard to get a bad location, but this one is close to the train station and the bus stop to machu picchu
This hotel is a great value. We stayed the night before traveling to Machu Picchu. It's right on the river and close to the bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We were met at the train (even though it was late) by hotel staff and taken directly to the hotel. We really appreciated this since it can be chaotic at train station. Room was super quiet overlooking the river. Yes, of course you hear the train, but they stop at night. So noise was not an issue. Convenient to bus stop for Machu Picchu. They also helped us back to train station for return.
The staffs are very nice and very helpful.. they met us at the train station and took us to the hotel. The location itself was great, many foods and souvenirs around, and less than 10 minutes walk to the bus stop to Machu Picchu.
The host welcomed us full of good pieces of advice! Given that we had an early entrance at Machu Picchu the day after, he was very kind and prepared for us a nice pocket breakfast (sandwich, banana, quinoa snack, juice and a sweet caramel!). The location is just 2 min away from the bus stop that takes up to Mapi and the room was good and big enough! The hotel faces the train way but honestly we didn't hear anything during the night (in the room the host leaves earplugs anyway in case of need). Highly recommended!
The hotel is located just steps away from the bus stop to go to Machu Picchu, and everything is exactly as pictured. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the river. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was very good because it was close to the train station, the bus stop to go to Machu Picchu, and there were restaurants all around the hotel.
