Excellent hotel with superb staff. We didn't book tickets for Machu Picchu but the hotel staff helped us navigate the very complex system to buy tickets and we had a fantastic stay overall. Reception and dining staff were always trying to make us feel welcome and were simply amazing.

❤️🔥❤️🔥Wooow!!! everything they organized for us on site was stunning, there was no end to the delights! Live cooking, which was the best ceviche I have ever eaten, in addition, a guided trip to the jungle and to the waterfall, and at night, a bonfire by the river!! With star watching!! the next morning, thermal pools and another trip to a viewpoint! They also prepared a special demonstration of coffee and cocoa beans for us, with the preparation process from the bushes to grinding and tasting of freshly ground coffee and cocoa. Me and my friends were delighted, we extended our stay and we will definitely come back!!! That is my favorite place in Peru 🇵🇪❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

Very confusing in the busy AM hours.
Very confusing in the busy AM hours. The line for the 7am entry starts queuing at 6. Make sure you are in the correct line as there are several. bus price is NOT included in ticket price as it quite expensive but if you want one, your best bet is to purchase it the evening before your ascent. If you are a bCkpacker looking to save money, there is a hike up but it is steep and requires some road walking (watch for maniac bus drivers!) best bet is to ride up and walk down in the late afternoon.

Let's face it, the only reason you are there is to go to Machu Picchu - this hotel is perfect for that. This hotel is situated right above the bus stop and one alleyway up from where you buy your bus tickets.
We ate our breakfast which was perfectly adequate (scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, cereal, coffee etc.) at 5am and stored one of our bags in the designated locked room before getting the bus up for 6am entrance to the site.
Big bed for a single person, all very clean. Literally 3 minutes to walk from the train station, 1 minute to Machu Picchu bus stop and in the center of all the fun. The lady on reception accommodated early takeaway breakfast (5.30 in the morning) and let us keep our things in the hotel till the evening.
Very well located, clean and with a nice restaurant downstairs with a discount for hotel customers. Close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and to the office where you can buy bus tickets. After check out, they let us leave our backpacks in the storage for free. Our room also had a nice little balcony. Would definitely recommend!
This hotel is at a perfect location. You are by the river, very close to the hot springs, the train station and bus stop to go to Machu Picchu and Ollantaytambo. The staff was super friendly, polite and kind. They allowed us to use the room until 2pm until our train departure and prepared breakfast for us at 5 am as we had an early departure for Machu Picchu.
It was very clean and the towels had excellent quality.
Great location - Machu Picchu bus stop 3 min away. Train is also super close, you can see and hear it passing under hotel windows, so have that in mind if you are a light sleeper.
Breakfast take away was ready 6 am under request.

Great location. Close to the train station and the Machu Picchu bus stop … and restaurants. Modern style room, with king size bed. Buffet breakfast great way to start the day. Hotel will hold your luggage during your visits to Machu Picchu
Wonderful little hostel in a convenient location in AC. We stayed 3 nights as we did 2 days at Machu Picchu and this was the perfect place to stay (only 12 mins from the bus stop up the mountain, very close to the train station from Cusco). The staff were wonderful (including packing us breakfast for our early departures and organising laundry with a local laundromat for us). Our balcony had a great view over the river which was a big bonus! Highly recommend staying here!
The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and it included a good breakfast (eggs, fruit, ham, juice, yogurt, coffee). The bus stop to Machu Picchu is less than one block away. The lady at the front desk was friendly
