I had read some of the bad reviews of this place and there was a concern however it was wonderful. The manager was accomodating and polite. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a quiet and beautoful place to stay right on the beach.

We got into Hastings early as we were guna go to Splash planet but it was forced to close because of the weather. The people in the hotel got our room ready very fast so we didn't have to wonder in the pouring rain!
very friendly helpful owners, beautiful rural property 10 minutes from splash planet. wonderful shower, facilities like trampolines, mini pony lightening, grass for soccer, pool and fooseball table all very much enjoyed by the kids :)
Beautiful location, close to the city centre, splash planet around the corner. It catered to my family as well as having friends over to visit. We all loved the pool and are highly consider adding it to our yearly transition of holiday stay. Also our reception was lovely and very well accomodating.
Me and my kids were there just for the 2 nights ( weekend ) the customer service was amazing. we had booked the room upstairs and it had a fan and everything was set up nice and so clean. fresh towels in the morning. We planned our trip for splash planet and it was just a 10min drive from us. How cool is that. Everything was just so close to where we stayed. Thank you so much. we will defs be back.
