Rightly placed for tourist to see and enjoy Auckland. The skycity, the casino, the church, the food outlet varieties , CBD and the central bus terminal all were stone thrown away. The view was wonderful.
The view was wonderful. However the third party online seller -Trip advisor didn’t send the ticket as soon as we completed the payment. It took hours and an email before they sent it so we had to purchase them on the site. Don’t use the online seller as they don’t refund the money you paid even if it was their inefficiency that was the issue! Can’t believe they don’t refund when ticket wasn’t used! Leaves a bad taste to the tourists!!!

I've been past there many times, but never went up to the observation decks until I was in NZ with a friend from overseas. The views are really great, and it is the best place by far to get your bearings in sprawling Auckland (which, by land area at least, is one of the largest in the world). You can also do a bungee jump from the exterior walkway, which is quite exciting simply to watch.

Gorgeous view, check the weather during booking times and go before, during and after sunset if you can to maximise the experience. If dining up in Sky Tower, book about half an hour before sunset, enjoy the viewing platform for up to 45 mins before your booking (we only needed 20 to be satisfied) for free and then finish of with a meal during the sunset. In the lift, look down and watch the weight in the pulley system move away from you whilst ascending. Clear your nasal passages and look in to jaw movement (chewing gum for most) to release pressure with difference in metres above sea level and how that affects the sinuses.

Really enjoyed staying here & especially loved the view from balcony of the city skyline & sky tower. Staff all good & helpful, lifts to apartment helped as it's a big building. Recommend staying felt at home from day 1 of 4 day stay.
Great location off a quiet street in Parnell. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance to ASB tennis centre. Room had a lovely easterly view including view of sky tower. Lap pool was sunny & clean. A great place to stay in a great location between city and Newmarket. Great value for money. Parking free on street outside hotel in the weekend only, Otherwise, additional fee to park in secured car park under hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was very quiet at night. It was situated beside Victoria Park and car rental facilities were very close by. Luggage could be left at reception while car was being collected. An added bonus was having a great view of Sky Tower from our room.
We enjoyed our stay here, nice big and spacious apartment, beautiful view from our room of the Sky Tower.

Hotel is in great location, close to all Auckland has to offer - sky tower and also harbour.
Facilities are good and room spacious with great views. My only criticism is the fact that there were multiple stains on the carpets in our studio, as well as cracked tiles in both kitchen area and toilet. The bathroom sink was slow to empty. Nothing that spoiled our stay but I did mention these issues for fear of losing the bond we were obliged to pay at check in against any damage.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless!
Location: It was a perfect location for the Sky Tower fireworks at midnight on New Year's Eve. In easy walking distance to all areas of the city.
The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in, in any hotel across the world.
Friendly staff, great shower with good water pressure and overall a perfect NYE experience.
The place is beautiful, lots of nature, there is a river very close where you can go down a few meters and get in. It is very peaceful and the hosts are excellent. There is a fire and barbecue area. There is also a trampoline if you go with children and a jacuzzi with an incredible view. Although the apartments have a kitchen, there is a communal one with lots of cooking utensils. The location, if you want to visit Auckland, is 1 hour away. From the bay you can see the Sky Tower from afar.
