There is a beautiful pond with lots of birds and ducks, ample parking free and toilets at the carpark. The accessible toilet was nice and clean. It is lovely to walk there, cross the bridge and have something nice at the cafe.

Keyless entry was really convenient. Clear directions for finding and accessing the property. Heat pumps did a great job of heating the house. Beds and rooms were comfortable with a lot of wardrobe space. Plenty of towels provided. Apartment complex fairly quiet and handy to Hagley Park for exercise. Easy walking distance to the Arts Centre and Botanic Gardens.
The accommodation is located close to Hagley Park and Christchurch central. The room is warm, and there is a private spa available, which is very nice after walk or exercise.

This is a small, clean hotel not far (about 15-20 minutes walk) from the centre of Christchurch. The room itself wasn't big, but we didn't spend much time there, so that didn't matter. Despite being just outside the city centre, it was a pleasant walk there, and it's also close to Hagley Park. There are also good eating and drinking places close by if you don't want to go into the city centre.
Location to Hagley Park and the Christchurch Botanic Gardens makes this property wonderful. We were able to walk in the park almost daily. Pretty close to downtown and most everything by car. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean.
Hagley Park Apartment was our first accommodation in New Zealand. The location is excellent. We loved walking through Hagley Park to get into town. The hosts were very accommodating with an early check-in. We found the unit well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views off the balcony were lovely!
