Front staff were very nice. We asked to watch a late game of the Women's World Cup in the pub (which was already closed) and the evening staff accommodated us, which was super cool. Rooms were pretty basic, but fine. Bedding was nice. We picked this hotel because it was close to the Eden Park Stadium.
Great location and very hot water. I picked this place because it was withing walking distance to Eden Park stadium and it's also a short drive to downtown Auckland.
Marlene and Tony are wonderful host. So many thoughtful touches which included robes, lotions, shower bombs, and Chocolate candies! Breakfast was gourmet and an assortment of choices. The hospitality table offers many treats for snacks and assorted beverages.
For us the location was perfect, an easy 15 minute walk from train and less than 10 minutes to Eden Park Stadium.
