Such a lovely hotel. Great location. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage while we went trekking at no extra charge. If I go back to Kathmandu I will definitely book here again

We stayed in the best room of the hotel (Everest) which, unfortunately, was located on the top (fourth) floor (as the name implies) with no elevator. The bags were fortunately carried up by staff. The room was big (as expected) and clean. We used the AC unit for heating in one of the rooms, the other stayed decently warm without any efforts (AC units were in both rooms). The location is really good, especially when we noticed that the hotel is next to the back entrance of the modern Chhaya centre providing another access to Thamel shopping streets. This (and some expensive hotels nearby) explained why there was always a security guard always hanging around in front of the hotel. No noise from outside as the alley does not have shops or bars. The original Himalayan Java Cafe and a minimarket nearby, on the same alley with not too much traffic (compared with the rest of Thamel). Bathroom was modern-ish with hot water (too hot sometimes), although difficult to adjust. Drinking water provided, meaning less needed to be carried upstairs. Strong and fast wifi, repeater in the room. Efficient transfer from airport (included in price). Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Thamel or even Durbar Square, or take the taxi from Tridevi Marg (and avoid the narrow streets of Thamel). Garden of Dreams next door and Durbar Marg + royal palace close by.

The property is strategically situated just right next to the Kathmandu Durbar Square. I stayed in the One Bedroom Apartment and it was fully equipped with appliances to a long stay such as full kitchen, kitchenwares, and washing machine. Everything are clean & arrangements were impeccable. Mr Sudarshan & his son Sushanta were helpful, warm, welcoming and communicating effectively, responsively. Highly recommended
First of all amazing Staffs in Reception , They Managed all my transportation .Location is Perfect in the heart of Kathmandu Thamel , 5 Min Walking Distance From Kathmandu Durbar Square & coffee shop ! Quit & Clean Room! Buffet Breakfast in the morning . Value for money !

We liked how it was near the places like kathmandu durbar square and thamel the apartment felt like home and the owner was so kind he also let us check in early as we were to arrive there early overall it was a nice experience staying there
The owner and his son were very helpful and informative and the location couldn't have been better - within walking distance of Kathmandu Durbar square and Thamel. We felt like we were staying in a real Nepalese home.
