The staff is very kind and helpfull. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the restaurant is very classy (that also means - not the cheapest, but the food is great). Location is great, residential area with lots of small restaurants nearby. Fantastic connections with public transport (both metro AND tram). Solid hotel gym. Deffinitely to be recommended.

This is a real gem of a small and individual hotel with heaps of character.
Situated within 5 minutes walk of the park and gardens, the area is ‘classy’ with lovely restaurants , cafes and shops close by .A 10 min uphill walk from the National Theatre station, it is very central and easy to walk to all the main sights.
The hotel itself is charming and the touches of fresh flowers and fruit in the room most welcome. Toiletries are by L’Occitane and slippers and Bath robes are a real treat.
Breakfast is served next door and is absolutely delicious -from the local apple juice to the cold selection and hot dishes all served , for a pleasant change,in the ‘old fashioned way’ by host Mario.
Mario is an excellent host- attentive and knowledgable - and nothing is too much trouble
