The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, but the lady behind the bar did gave us a warm and fuzzy feeling. The food choice was limited, but OK. The atmosphere was not really uplifting, more dull and boring during both dinner and breakfast. The swimming pool was nice, but overall the price was too for the package offered. The room was rather small.

The location couldn’t have been better. A few minutes walk from the station and the gondola and a short stroll into the town. Lovely views of the lake outside the bedroom window. For breakfast, there was something to suit everyone’s taste. Plenty of areas around to sit and relax and the hotel offered luggage storage at no extra cost.
