The location is fantastic, by the canal, close to the train station and very close to the heart of historical Delft. The hotel is in a fantastic historic buildning. We spent 4 amazing days in Delft. The best hotel I stayed in the Netherlands.

Everything was really good and the people very nice.
What a nice addition to Delft. The apartments had just been completed and everything smelled like new. Nice to be back in Delft again. I studied there years ago at TU Delft. Apartments are beautifully and stylishly decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had to find our way around the building for a while :). Everything is within walking distance and visited my favorite places from my student days.
A great cappuccino at breakfast - you are free to have another - and it is made with a lovely attitude. The hotel has their own bikes (even if at extra cost). This is a great option to get to TU Delft without walking for ages. The fact that the bike can be used from the hotel means you do not have the open/closing hours of a bike rental. The hairdryer, iron, lamps etc. all work and a re good quality. These details are not neglected at Vermeer.
Everything during our stay was perfect. We wanted to visit TU Delft which was just a few minutes walk. And also the historical center of Delft was very close by foot.
The location was good as it was close to TU Delft but a bit of a walk to restaurants (not too bad). The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. The appliances were functioning and of good quality. There were soap and shampoo available as well as iron etc so that was nice.
Great place nearby TU Delft. Good combination of having your own private room with a shared kitchen to get to know other people. The place is really pleasant and has a lot of light.
Excellent location. Very close to the station and the market square. Easy walking distance to TU Delft, where I had several meetings. The apartment was quite spacious, with a loft sleeping area and a very comfortable couch. Fully equipped kitchen meant cooking was a breeze. This is a good place for a longer term stay. Although I did not take up the option, it is possible to eat breakfast in the main hotel.
Nice place and friendly people. Good location. It is located in very quiet area of the city. You can use coffee machine whenever you want for coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel. Great atmosphere. Close to TU Delft and city center.
It had all the facilities one might need. Very clean n organised… spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, spacious kitchen area, working area, 2 big queen size beds n enough storage space. spacious bathroom n good quantity of toiletries.
Location also great n next to a popular shopping area n very near to the cozy canal streets of delft, as well as the TU Delft area.
