Lovely place in the forest right on the Pieterpad trail.
Unfortunately our reservation got cancelled by the hotel in the last minute but the owner took very good care of us. Took is to a similar hotel near by and really spoiled us during our stay.
I would recommend to stay there.
Stadshotel Rijssen is situated in the heart of Rijssen, only 15 minutes' drive from the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. There is a spacious roof terrace with views on the city centre.

Great little hotel. Thoughtful and kind host who is very welcoming. Surprisingly good dinner menu. I would highly recommend this hotel.
