Beautiful hotel and fabulous location right on a canal. Nathalie checked us in and she was very helpful with information about things we wanted to see and do in the area. Also, after we left and realized we forgot something, she was very helpful with expediting the shipping of it to us. Parking was easy to find on the street nearby.

Great location, with easy access to the train station and cruise port. Tree lined street and easy walking to explore. Excellent staff and breakfast was very tasty and well prepared. Clearly not out of a package as is common in Canada.

Monique and Eugene are the owners and staff of this very cool hotel. They are both friendly and accommodating. The facility is extremely clean and modern and the location is very convenient for embarking on a Holland America cruise ship.
Traditional trimmings are enhanced with contemporary comforts in this luxury hotel, where the hospitality is top-notch and so is the view.

Perfect location to walk a boat Rotterdam, and see all the amazing architectural designs, plus so many public art installations! As we walked about, there were numerous small cafés or bars to stop and have a beverage or lunch.

Make your way to Euromast it was a good experience to see views of Rotterdam. I went on the weekend of National Port Day in September where you will see the activities that are going on the river from a height. I didnt book in advance but the girl at reception was lovely and it was no bother to pay and enter at the same time for me

The nhow Rotterdam is a sleek, modern hotel with a rooftop terrace, a bar, and a trendy restaurant with dramatic city views. It is located in a great location, close to the Erasmus Bridge, Museumpark Rotterdam, Euromast, and the Binnenrottepleinmarkt. The rooms are spacious and have floor-to-ceiling windows. They are also equipped with many modern amenities, including free WiFi and in the Horizon suite 2 smart-tv's in a separate living area.
I loved our room, 204. The view from our 'balcony' was the best. We could see the sunset by the Euromast. And then enjoy the people in front doing the same thing, families, couples, people reading and drinking leisurely.
Friendly welcome. They stored our luggage during the day. Easy check in and out. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Convenient location for walking to the harbor, architectural buildings and euromast. Good small market on the 2nd floor fir purchasing both snacks and items for breakfast. Friendly help in the market and good variety of foods for breakfast. They have a laundry service which we used, not inexpensive. Good view from 16th floor and wonderful shower. Would stay there again.W
