The staff went above and beyond to assist with little problems. Our luggage didn't arrive so they generously shared a beer with us after a long day of travel! When we got soaked in the rain and didn't have a change of clothes they let us borrow hair dryers; even though we had already checked out. The breakfast was fabulous and the customer service was the best.
