I'm lucky and surprised to have my room upgraded to double bed room from a single dorm bed since I'm a solo traveler. So nice, warm welcome and friendly staff hospitality throughout my 2 nights stay. A nice place to retreat and healing recharge from the daily hectic life in town.

Bad service , plenty of hidden charges . Bad for tourist . Dont go to damai beach . I have been paying using booking.com Rm376.83 and during my check out , receptionist staff told me i have to pay Rm380 more because the staff told me that i havent pay for the room .
