It’s clean. Owner is very responsive and get us whatever that we need for the apartment right away. It’s right at Chinatown and there’s a supermarket behind the apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and there’s air conditioning throughout the house and 2 toilets. There are many pillows too. There’s a mini kitchen with microwave, small fridge, kettle and utensils. There’s outdoor balcony to dry your laundry. Living room has sofa and dining table. Our toddler loves the alpaca stool so much.
The whole place is modern and very clean. The common area behind reception dispenses hot and cold water, and tea and coffee bags are provided, plus sugar, but no creamer. And there is a dartboard! The location is convenient for Chinatown and Pulau Warisan night market.
Staff was able to give us early check in which i appreciated as i was there for work. Everything about the room is good for me and it was comfortable to sleep as well. I like that parking is free for guest, just need to validate at counter. It is near UTC and a mall so you can still find food walking distance and also is not far to drive to the pasar, waterfront and the chinatown.
The unit was extremely spacious with warm rustic timber finishes. It was well insulated from traffic noise. Bathroom had a well laid out separate shower. We felt really comfortable in the apartment. Conveniently located close to Chinatown and market. Great value for money.
The hotel is located conveniently in downtown, few corners away from Chinatown area where there is lot more food options compared to the hotel area.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the facilities offerred by the hotel management. There is ample parking space around the hotel that are solely for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is near the city centre and places of interests, for example, The Payang Market , Chinatown, Batu Buruk Beach, Crystal Mosque, just to name a few.
The hotel staff on the day that we checked in was helpful.

Everything was great. This was my 3rd time to stay in this hotel with my family. Location is very strategic in the middle of Chinatown and a lot of food nearby so no need to worry cannot find things to eat. Also, quite surprise me is the check in system where they have changed it to vending machine. Basically is self service in check-in and check-out and it is quite easy and can done is less than 5 mins. This is my first time to see a hotel do so as i think other hotel still using manpower for check in and out.
Overall, the hotel is quite clean and value for money. Also, walking distance to Chinatown.

Go to the markets. They sell things you don't see in Kuala Lumpur. They don't bargain too much, but the purchases there are worth it, and some prices are actually cheaper than Chinatown in KL. Regret not purchasing some clothes I only saw in KT.
